SLM Laser Diode Modules – Part 1

SLM Laser Diode Modules are monofrequency laser sources designed with an emphasis on their stability:

  • No mode-hop during operation and power adjustments,
  • Frequency stability against temperature variations,
  • No frequency drift in between on/off cycles, suppressing the need for calibration

VBG stabilized SLM laser diode modules benefits:

  • 633 nm, 785 nm and 830 nm, up to 150 mW
  • Emission linewidth <100 MHz
  • Enhanced beam quality
  • Proprietary SLM locking routine
  • USB and RS232 computer interface
  • Remote ControlBoxx with power display (CDRH compliant)
  • Industry standard package

785NM laser diode module

Outstanding wavelength stability                          Ultra stable power over time and temperature

The LBX-S family of laser diode modules feature a Volume Bragg Grating stabilized laser diode. These modules offer ultra narrow linewidth thanks to the excellent temperature stability and low noise current. The Oxxius proprietary embedded software locks the laser on same mode at each start up.
