Lasers that designate 280mW of output power can have either CW (continuous wave) or pulsed output. CW Lasers are always defined in average output power. Pulsed Lasers with an output power defined in Watts or Milliwatts usually define the laser’s average power, not the peak power of the laser.
RPMC provides a selection of 280mW laser configurations, including laser diode modules, single emitter laser diodes, vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser diodes (VCSELs), and CW DPSS lasers.
We list our most popular, standard configurations on our product pages. If you do not see the exact product you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact RPMC about customization options, or even a fully customized solution, exactly tailored to your unique application requirements
