LRL Series – The narrow linewidth LRL 1.5um fiber laser series produces a narrow linewidth, highly coherent emission, and a very low Relative Intensity Noise (RIN), enabling long-range coherent LIDAR detection. Our fiber lasers are manufactured to Telcordia standards and can be modified to meet your applications requirements. Often, with laser based applications, the technical requirements for the laser are defined by the integration requirements, including but not limited to, environment, size, weight, and power. The highly flexible platform of the these fiber lasers allows users the opportunity to configure the laser to best suite their application needs. These 1.5um Narrow LW Fiber Lasers are available in a robust modular package with either random or polarization-maintaining (PM) fiber options. With a wavelength drift in the low sub-picometers and a laser linewidth of <10kHz, the LRL series is ideal for wind measurement, pollution detection, coherent detection, and Dial-LiDAR applications. The LRL series is a 1550nm, high-power, continuous-wave (CW) fiber laser, providing up to 1W of output power from a single-mode fiber. This series offers power tunability ranging from 10%-100%, is available with standard or polarization-maintaining fiber with FC/APC fiber or an optional collimating lens, produces a perfect TEM00 beam, and offers high-speed triggering and modulation.
The FL CW/CW Modulated Series of CW fiber lasers is manufactured to Telcordia standards and is suitable for various applications with powers up to 100W at 1um, 30W at 1.5um, and 40W at 2um. Available in both OEM and Turnkey formats, this series offers a variety of standard and custom configurations. Available options and configurations include narrow linewidth, single frequency outputs, C and L-band broadband sources, PM fiber options, power tunability, and high-speed trig./mod.
